Sunapee Conservation Commission Meeting Minutes Date January 4, 2012
Present: Tim Fleury, Van Webb, Rem Mastin, Robert Hill, Lela Emery
Absent: Bruce Burdett
Rick Elibrandi from Northcape Design was invited to the meeting to review and answer questions on a project at Mountain View Lake, Sunapee for Peter Spear. The application was returned to the state with out a signature from the SCC, which means it will follow the standard review process vs. an expedited process. No further action is required from SCC.

Tim Fleury attended a meeting regarding a gift of Herman Chandler 900 acres and the Town of Warner. There are questions on how the town manages the parcel and who will be responsible and the authority for the parcel. The Select Board, Forestry Commission and the Conservation Commission need to sort out how it is managed. The parcel is not in permanent protection.
